Download the TrustPay merchant app on iOS or Android and sign up in minutes with secure login and Face ID / Touch ID.
2.Complete your application
Tap “Apply” and fill out a short, guided application. Most merchants finish in under 15 minutes, and you can save and come back anytime.
3.We review your application
Our underwriting team verifies your business and ownership details and sets up your merchant account. You can track the status in the app at any time.
4.Get approved and set up
Once approved, confirm your deposit bank account and choose how you want to accept payments: cards, ACH, payment links, invoices, and more.
5.Take your first payment
Start accepting payments right from your phone: keyed cards, payment links, invoices, ACH, and optional card readers or Tap to Pay on iPhone.
Your information stays protected: the application and underwriting happen on our secure platform, so your business and banking details are never stored on your phone.

What to have ready
Having these details on hand makes your application faster. Everything is collected in one guided flow, and you can save your progress and return anytime.
Business details
Legal business name, address, and tax ID (EIN). Sole proprietors can apply with their name and Social Security number.
Owner information
Legal name, home address, date of birth, and a percentage of ownership for anyone who owns 25% or more of the business.
Deposit bank account
The checking account where your funds are deposited, next-day on approved transactions.
Processing snapshot (optional)
If you already accept cards, your average ticket and monthly volume help us size your account faster. New businesses are welcome too.
